DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责

1. Ensure the security of the monitoring center, prevent the irrelevant personnel to enter, and register the details to all personnel entering the monitoring center

确保监控中心安全，阻止无关人员进入，并对所有进入监控中心的人员进行详细登记。

2. Responsible for a variety of forms, sorting and archiving files

负责消防监控中心各种表格、档案的整理和存档。

3. Responsible for detailed record the hotel happened during the period of safety related things and report to supervisor timely

负责详细记录当班期间酒店内发生的与安全有关的事情，并及时向上级或相关部门报告。

4. Be familiar with the hotel internal and external structure、all cross channel relationship and all rooms location

熟悉酒店内外部结构、所有通道的交叉关系和所有房间的位置号码等。

5. To report any deviations to the supervisor immediately.

任何问题都要立即汇报给主管。

6. Supervises and participates in maintaining constant surveillance of the entire hotel to detect potential sources of security problems, safety hazards and fire hazards:

监督及参与整个酒店的监控工作以找出潜在的安全问题、安全隐患和火灾隐患。

7. Take an active part in the fire department organization of various training

积极参加消防局和设备厂家组织的各种培训。

8. Daily cleaning, keep all the items and do handover record well

对消防监控中心设备进行日常清洁维护，保管好所有物品，并做好交接记录工作。
