岗位职责
职责描述：
1. Provide DFM inputs in tooling associated with product development.
根据产品开发要求更新铸造模具相关需求
2. Define product and process critical characteristics.
定义产品和工艺关键特性
3. Participate and align with Nemak global teams on customer requirements and quality improvement and set up PDP work to conduct validation for launch.
在客户要求和质量改善方面参与和对标诺玛科全球，建立产品开发流程工作来引导立项和落地
4. Prepare and release the product quality management documents, i.e. Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, Control Plan and WI. Support to conduct cost saving initiatives.
准备和释放产品质量管理文件，例如共计流程图，PFMEA,控制计划和工作指导。支持引导成本节约行动。
5. Conduct problem solving of product/process development, e.g. porosity, dimensional issue, metallurgical failures, process unstable, leak, rework, scrap reduction, etc.
引导产品问题解决/工艺开发，例如缩孔，尺寸问题，金属材料问题，工艺不稳定，泄漏，返工，废品率降低等问题。
6.Bachelor and above, work experiences in HPDC industry 5+ years.
学士学位以上，在高压铸造行业5年以上工作经验
