岗位职责
1.ManagessalesoperationsforMasterChemical’sproducts(includingcost,profit,goals,andgrowthfactors)inamannermostbeneficialtooverallcorporateobjectives以最有利于公司整体目标的方式管理MasterChemical产品的销售业务(包括成本、利润、目标和增长因素)2.Identifiesandqualifiesnewbusinessopportunities/newcustomeranddistributoropportunitiesinthemarketplace在市场上发现并确定新的商业机会/新客户和经销商的机会3.Developsandmaintainsgoodrelationshipswithassignedfieldpersonnel,distributors,andcustomers,includingfrequentsale/servicescallsmadeoncustomers,globalfieldpersonnel,and/ordistributorsalespersonnel与指定的现场人员、分销商和客户保持良好的关系,包括经常给客户、全球现场人员和/或分销商销售人员打销售/服务电话4.Increasessalesthrougheffectivemarketing,sales,andserviceoftheCorporation’sproductsandpropermanagementofdistributoractivities通过对公司产品的有效营销、销售和服务,以及对经销商活动的适当管理来增加销售业绩5.Maintainsfrequentandcompletecommunicationwithcustomers,serviceEngineers,GlobalFieldPersonnel,andthecorporateofficeasappropriate,includingtechnicalcommunicationswiththelaboratory,TechLine,andmarketing(competitiveactivity,targetaccountstatus,customerpreference,trends,etc.)BuildsContactsatmultipleinsidethecustomertomeetnewbusinesstargetgoals与客户、服务工程师、全球现场人员和公司办公室保持频繁而完整的沟通,包括与实验室、技术线和市场(竞争活动、目标客户状况、客户偏好、趋势等)的技术沟通,在客户内部建立联系,以满足新的业务目标目标6.BuildsContactsatmultipleinsidethecustomertomeetnewbusinesstargetgoals在客户内部建立多个联系人,以满足新的业务目标7.Continuallycommunicates,negotiates,andclosesnewbusinessdeals持续沟通,谈判,并完成新的业务交易8.ComplieswiththeCorporation’spoliciesinrespecttotravel,expensesan
