Signal Integrity Engineer（信号完整性工程师）

岗位职责

PRIMARY PURPOSE: 1.  Provide  signal  integrity  design  support  for  new  and/or  existing  interconnect solutions.2.  Develop  new  or  advanced  technologies  in  signal  integrity  design  support capabilities.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1.  High speed connector system design, including simulation.2.  New product development on SI portion.3.  Perform SI, EMI simulation and measurement to meet customer demands including PCB, connector, cable assembly.4.  Perform empirical   and   analytical   testing   based on   available design input requirements.5.  SI performance/EMI failure analysis and improvement.6.  Draft SI design guideline.7.  Provide  technical  guidance on Signal  Integrity  to  Product  Design  Engineering, Marketing and Sales personnel or others as required.8.  Keep up with the industry trend of high-speed connector demand, and spread/share information among team members.REQUIREMENTS:1.  Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering and Telecommunication engineering or equivalent.2.  At least 3 years of high-speed electrical interconnector design experience and application. 3.  Signal integrity talents with rich theoretical knowledge to design outstanding SI performance product.4.  Proven result driven performances and able to work independently under pressure.5.  In depth understanding of electromagnetics.6.  Demonstrated ability in information analysis problem solving, sound judgment, and leadership.7.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.8.  Good English skills both in written and oral.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:1.  Good knowledge of connector design process. 2.  Experience with available CAD/CAE tools such as UGNX, HFSS, CST, FDTD tools, ADS
