教育程度/经验Educationbackground/workingexperience1.MajorinEngineeringorcertificatestudiesinManufacturing,MechanicalorMaterialsEngineering主修工程或拥有制造，机械或材料工程的证书2.Atoolmakingbackground(Morethan2years)andposttradestudiesorequivalentdemonstratedcompetency模具制造经验（2年以上）和商贸学习或同等学历和能力特别知识和技能Specialknowledgeandskillsrequired1.MoldToolDesignStandards熟知模具设计标准2.SPC,MSA,PPAP,APQP,PFMEA熟知五大工具3.MoldFlowAnalysis熟悉模流分析4.Demonstratedanalyticalandproblemsolvingabilities良好的分析能力和解决问题能力5.Demonstrateddetailedknowledgeandunderstandingofplasticsinjectionmoldingandtooling详细了解塑料注塑成型和模具，并有丰富知识6.Demonstratedabilitytoworkinateamenvironment良好团队合作精神7.PublicEnglishLevel4公共英语4级水平职责范围scopeofofficialduties1.ToolingforprojectsinchargePPAPontime按时完成负责项目的模具PPAP2.raisepurchaseapplication成本审核后，拟写模具合同和采购订单3.Representthetoolinggroupaspartofprojectteamasassigned代表模具组参与指定的项目团队4.Reviewproductdesign&makerecommendationsaspartofprojectteamstoensureprojectsuccess审查产品的设计，为项目团队提供建议，以确保项目的成功5.Preparequotationpackages(RFQ)andmanagetoolingpayment在商定的预算内，准备报价和洽谈模具制造加工6.Makerecommendationsontoolsourcing提供模具货源的建议7.Initiatetoolmanufacture,conductdesignreview&approvemanufacturedesign启动模具制造，进行设计审查和批准制造设计8.Monitortoolingmanufactureprogress&reportanyissuesthatmayaffectcostsontiming监控模具生产过程，上报任何可能影响成本和时间进度的问题9.Initiateandmanagethemanufactureoftooling启动和管理模具加工10.Providetechnicalsupport&guidanceontoolingissues提供关于模具问题的技术支持
