【Job Requirements】1. Exceptional English proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English. 2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: Effective communicator with a strong ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.3. High initiative and strong work ethic: Proactive, patient, detail-oriented, and highly responsible individual.4. Excellent learning aptitude: Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Passion for technical support: Enthusiastic about the Banking/Transport/Government Product and Project Management field and eager to pursue a career in this field.【Roles & Responsibilities】1.Collect & evaluate customer requirements and prepare internal requirements for R&D and other relevant departments.2.Manage entire project life cycle from customer testing to trial production completion prior to mass production.3.Manage customer complaints, communicate directly with customers and various internal departments to prepare findings report. Work closely with sales and other internal department to provide solutions to resolve issues.4.Work closely with sales to provide technical support such as tender documentation preparation, on-site/online product/solution presentation, etc.5.Cooperate with the product manager to recommend suitable project solutions/products and provide market information to support internal product planning.6.Cooperate with sales to maintain customer relationship and take initiative to visit customers regularly to follow up on current projects and understand new requirements.7.Primarily focus on the Payment/Banking projects with Issuers, Banks, Perso Bureaus.
