岗位职责
Day to Day Responsibilities:• Maintain plant facility Pollution Air/waste gas and HVAC system. • To implement PM activities and achieve PM performance.• To collect machine breakdown information, analysis, and improvement.• Breakdown machine recovery.• Follow Policy, SOS, process control and process discipline, Patrol request. • Increasing techniques to reduce the breakdown possibility.• To build and optimize PA and HVAC system document(SOP/Trouble shooting guide/Emergency response) to guide shift operation.• To assist utility supervisor and department header for work execution• Safety / 5S Audit improvement. Education• Bachelor’s degree or above with the major in electrical or mechanical engineering or other engineering major.Required Skills • Above 3 years of operation experience in Facility domain.• Above years of HVAC operation experience repairing and/or installing equipment, including chiller, boiler, MAU/AHU, cleanroom, etc...• Knowledge: Good understanding for theory of HVAC system;• Methodology: Good at problem analysis and logical thinking and decision making.• Computer: Excel. Word, AutoCAD, power point.• Good writing and reading English, well speaking is plus;• Measurement Gauge/ instrument maintenance.
