岗位职责

YourJobProvidenewfixturesolutionswithtestengineerorothercustomer.WhatYouWillDo1.PreparesCADfixturedesignmodelsandrelateddocumentswhichcoverdetails,layoutsandassembliesofnewfixturedesignforsupportproductvalidationtestandnewteststandards.2.Improveexistingfixture,provideproposaldesignforpossibleimprovement,toprovidemoreaccurateandstabletestdata.3.Leadsfixturedesignreviewmeetingandfixturedesigndetailingonrequiredfixturedesignwork;ensuresthemanufacturingfeasibilityforeachdetailoffixture.4.Preparesfabricationdetailsfortestfixturetoassistforoutsidefabricationandtracksfixturefabricationprogress.5.Leadsthetestfixtureassemblyandfixturedebug(includingcriticaldimensionsreview,functionalverification…)untilthefixtureisqualifiedandtransfertotestteam.6.Submittingrepairingrequesttoexternalsuppliertorepairtheexistingfixturestomeetnewrequest.7.Evaluatethefeasibilityof3Dprintingtobuildsuitablefixtureorproductmodelforcustomer.8.Continuouslymonitorandevaluatenewtechnologiesandtoolstoenhancedesignefficiencyandquality.9.Tocarryoutspecialassignments/projectsasandwhenassignedbyhis/hersupervisor.WhoYouAre(BasicQualifications)1.UniversitydegreeinMechanicalengineering,Automation,Moldorequivalent,andabove.2.Atleast3yearofmechanicaldesignexperienceandapplication.3.Atleastone3Ddrawingsoftwarecanbeoperatedwell,suchasNXUG,SolidWorks,Pro/E,etc.4.Mechanicaldesignandtoolingmanufacturingtechnologies,materials,surfacefinishandGD&Tknowledges.5.Adoptaprofessionalattitudetowardsworkandassumefullresponsibilityforanyprojectortasksassigned.6.Demonstrategoodteamworkforoverallsuccess.7.GoodcommunicationskillsinbothEnglishandChinese,andcomfortableworkinginaglobalteamenvironment.WhatWillPutYouAheadBackgroundinthefieldofreliabilitylaboratoryisaplus.职能类别：夹具工程师关键字：UGSolidWorks夹具设计机械设计
