此岗位为homebase岗位职责1.Engagingwithdistributorsandend-usersintheterritorytohelpdevelopandclosebusinessopportunitiestoexceedagreedsalestargets.与区域内的经销商和终端用户合作,积极开发商业机会,超额完成既定的销售目标2.ProvidingsalesandtechnicaladviceandsupportforOEMs,distributorsandendusercustomers.为OEM、经销商和终端客户提供销售支持和专业技术建议3.Supportingcustomersthroughoutthesalesprocesswhichwillinvolvetravel,meetings,negotiatingpricingandterms,producingquotations,followupandclosingetc.根据客户需求,安排出差访问、组织会议、协商价格、制定报价单以及整个订单的追踪跟进4.UseofCRMtorecordallopportunitiesandupdatestatusateverystageofthesalesprocess.使用CRM记录销售过程中每个阶段的所有机会并及时更新状态5.Developingandidentifyingnewsourcesofstrategicbusinessgrowthanddevelopment.开发和制定新的战略发展渠道6.CollaboratewithTerritorymanagerstocross-sellintoend-usersthatarealreadyPeakcustomers.与区域经理合作,进一步开发毕克已有用户需求岗位要求1.Collegedegreeorabove全日制大专及以上学历2.Chemistryorsimilarrelatedscientificsubject化学及其他相关科学专业3.Atleast1yearsalesexperienceinChina至少一年中国区销售经验4.Experienceofmanagingpersonalsalestargets具备管理个人销售目标经验5.RelevantbackgroundwithagoodunderstandingofScientificindustry具备相关行业背景,对科学仪器行业有一定的了解6.GoodcommandofEnglish良好的英语能力7.ProficientuserofPCdesktopapplications(Word,PowerPoint,Excel,other)精通办公软件8.Workingknowledgeoforganizingandpresentinginformation具有整合资讯和数据库的工作技能9.Thoroughunderstandingofproductlineup,workingprincipleandapplicationuses.对产品阵容、工作原理和应用用途有深入的了解职能类别:销售经理关键字:英语
