岗位职责
工作地:成都或重庆岗位职责:1.Responsiblefortea,bakeryandotherchaincustomerdevelopment,dailymaintenanceofexistingcustomers,supervisionandbusinessdevelopment负责茶饮、烘焙等连锁客户开发、现有客户日常维护,督促以及业务拓展2.Responsibleforannualbudgetplanningofdistributors,annualcontractformulation,pricingstructure,distributorassessmentetc.负责经销商年度预算规划,年度合同制定,以及价格体系、经销商考核等管理政策制定及调整3.Followupdailysalesoperationincludingsalesplan/teamtargetachievement/promotionplantodevelopmoresalesvalue跟进日常工作,包括销售计划/跟踪/营销方案等以达到更高的销售目标4.Usingsalesskillsandproductknowledgetoachievemonthlysalestarget,directlyresponsibleforclientsaswell运用销售技巧和产品知识达成公司确定的每月销售目标并直接对客户负责5.Periodicallyanalyzedcompetitiveproducts,integratedandanalyzedsalesdata,andbefamiliarwithmarketconditions定期进行行业竞品分析,销售数据整合及数据分析,并熟悉市场情况6.Developingnewpotentialclientsconstantlyandincreasesalesvolumewithincompanyguidelines.不断发展新客户,不断按公司指引增加渠道销量任职要求:1.Bachelordegree,atleast3yearsexperienceinmilktea,bakerychainstorerelatedequipmentsales本科学历,3年以上奶茶、烘焙连锁相关设备销售相关经验2.Excellentcommunication,interpersonalandnegotiationskills,withstrongsalesexecution出色的沟通能力,人际技巧,谈判能力,具备较强的销售执行力3.Circumspection,self-motivatedandindependent细心,主动积极,具有工作独立性4.GoodinbothwrittenandoralEnglish良好的英语听说写能力职能类别:销售主管关键字:数据分析英语
