PositionDescriptionTheFieldApplicationsEngineerwillberesponsibletosupportcustomertooptimizeandvalidate3DTomographyFIB/SEMsolutionsforsemiconductorlab/fabapplications.TheworkwillbedoneprimarilyusingexistingandprototypeFIB-SEMbasedtoolsatthecustomersite.Role/Responsibility1、Obtain***-handknowledgeofsemiconductorFIB-SEMapplicationsatcustomersitesandidentifyareasforimprovementaswellasnewmarketopportunities.2、Workjointly&hands-onwithinternalhardwareandsoftwaredevelopmentgroups.3、Performcustomertoolacceptanceonnewlyreleasedproducts.4、erformApplicationsTroubleshootingandfollow-upreportswithcustomers.5、Provideapplicationstrainingandtechnicalsupporttocustomers.6、Demonstrationandtestinginthefieldwithcustomersamples7、Feedbackandgettrainingfornewoperationaltechniqueandknowledge8、WillingnesstotraveltovisitworkatcustomersitesandHQQualification1、Hands-onexperiencewithSEMimagingandFIB-SEMsamplepreparation.Preferablyexperienceworkingwithsemiconductordevices.2、ExperienceinDesignofExperiments(DOE)andStatisticalProcessControl(SPC).3、Excellentcommunicationskills,self-direction,integrity,positivethinking,stronglearningdesiresandgoodteamwork.4、Understandingofmetrologyanddefectreviewrequirementsandworkflowsofsemiconductormanufacturers5、Experienceinthefieldof3DtomographywithFIBSEMand3Dmetrology6、handsonexperiencewithmaterialanalysistoolssuchasEDSorEBSDandcryosystem7、experienceanalyzingsemiconductordevices,especiallyDRAMandNANDstructures8、MasterorPhDDegreefrom“211”universityinEngineering,PhysicsorChemistry.inmaterialscience,chemistry,physicsorrelatedsubjects9、EnglishproficiencytosupportoverseascustomersandtocommunicatewithHQteam职能类别：FAE现场应用工程师关键字：FAE半导体应用
