Responsibilitiesandrequirements工作职责和要求1.定期拜访客户,了解市场动态,确保将准确、有效的信息及时的汇报给上级。Visitcustomersregularly,understandmarkettrendtoensureeffectiveinformationreportedtosupervisor;2.准备、提议并实施所负责区域的年度销售计划和销售预测。Prepare,propose,andimplementannualsalesplanandforecastforresponsibleterritory;3.与经销商配合执行销售计划和项目。Coordinatewithdistributorsontheexecutionofsalesplanandprograms;4.提交月度销售报告,执行相关战略并达到销售目标。Generatemonthlysalesreportandimplementstrategiestoachieveandexceedsalestarget;5.参与并组织学术研讨和促销活动,积极传递产品信息并塑造相应的公司品牌形象。Participateinandorganizeacademicandpromotionactivities,deliverproductinformationtomarkettoestablishthecompany'sbrandimage;6.负责经销商日常维护,确保经销商的相应目标与公司相匹配。Maintaindailyrelationshipswithdistributortoensuredistributor'stargetalignwithcompany's;7.确保顾客/经销商拥有公司最新产品和服务的信息。Keepcustomers/distributorsinformedonnewproductsorservices.8.按时准时参加并通过公司安排的培训和培训测试,取得合格证书,包括但不仅限于新销售资格认证培训(NSQT)、合规培训等。Attendandpassthetrainingandtrainingtestsarrangedbythecompanyontimeandpunctuallytoobtainthequalificationcertificate,includingbutnotlimitedtoNewSalesQualificationTraining(NSQT),ComplianceTraining,etc.9.学习和了解公司的各个政策和流程,在业务中遵守各项合规要求。Learnandunderstandthevariouspoliciesandproceduresofthecompanyandadherestoallcompliancerequirementsinthebusiness.10.执行主管的其他工作安排和指令。Carryoutotherworkschedulesandinstructionsofthesupervisor.Education&Industryexperience:学历以及行业工作经验要求:‐本科学历,商务、市
