薪资面议Jobbrief:-ConstructabilityCoordinatorforaLNGprojectisrequiredtodevelopConstructabilityprograminaccordancewiththeCIIConstructionIndustryInstitute’spublishedguidelines.TheconstructabilityprocessshallbeincontinuousoperationthroughouttheProject.ThecandidateshallactastheinterfacebetweenEngineering,ConstructionandProcurementonallmatterspertainingtoconstructability.RequiredSkills:ThecandidatewithOilandGasworkingexperiencemorethan15years,with5yearsatConstructionsiteholdingmanagementrole(suchasconstructionmanager,projectmanager,interfaceengineer)ispreferable.Constructionknowledgeintoprojectplanning,engineering,purchaseanddesigntoidentify&resolveopportunitiesshallbeexercised.Thecandidateshallfamiliarwithinternationalcodesandstandards(API,ASME,ISO,PIP,etc.)andpracticesoflargeoilandgascompanies(ExxonMobil,ADNOC,Shell,etc.)Responsibilities:- Tobuildoffearlyconstructabilityinformationgeneratedduringpre-FEED; Toreviewandprovideinputtoplotplan; Todetermineoptionsforlocationoftemporaryfacilitiesandlaydownarea; Toreviewandprovideinputtomodularizationplan; Toidentifyandhighlightkeyconstructabilityfactorsimpactingearlystagesofconstruction; Toidentifycriticalconstructabilityinterfacesandensuretheyaremanagedefficiently; ToprovideaneffectivemechanismtoincorporateConstructionlessonslearnedfrompriorprojectsplans,engineeringanddesignactivities; Todetermineconstructionstrategiestakeaccountforlocalweatherconditions; Togenerateconstructabilityalignmentamongallplanningandexecutionstakeholders; Todetermineoptionstomovelargeequipmenttositeandtoerecttheseequipment; Tominimizeimpactonconstructionsafety,productivityandqualityduetofabricationandconstructionsitecharacteristics,includingSIMOPSenvironment; Todrivetheprojectschedule.Theconstructabilityprogramshalldetermineanoptimumsequenceanddeveloptheengineeringandprocurementschedulestosupportthesequence.ExpectedProjectDeliverables:- CONSTRUCTABILITYPLANshallbedevelopedtoensuretheestablishedreq
