岗位职责

DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Drivesuccessfuldevelopmentofnewproductdevelopmentprojects,researchanddevelopideasfornewand/orimproveddesignsforthehigh-speedinterconnectindustry.2.Generatedesignspecifications,designproposalsand/orproductdesignsthatmeetcustomerrequirements.3.LeadandparticipateindesignanddevelopmentactivitiesfromconcepttoproductionwhileadoptingtheProductDevelopmentProcess.4.Workinacross-functionalteaminvolvedinthenewproductdevelopmentandmanufacturingwhichmayincludeinteractionswithdiversifiedfunctionrolesacrossdifferenttimezones.5.VisitCustomers,ODMs(OriginalDesignManufacturer),andCMs(ContractManufacturer)(asrequired)tosupportproductandmanufacturingactivities.6.Provideengineeringsupportforproductmodifications,costreductions,manufacturingprocessimprovements,technicalsupportactivitiesandothermiscellaneousengineeringactivities.7.ProvideconsultationtoSalesor/andMarketingondesignrelatedmatters.8.Respondtoanyotherdutiesasassignedbymanagement.WHOWEARELOOKINGFOR1.Bachelor’sDegreeinEngineeringorequivalent.Mechanicaland/orManufacturingEngineeringispreferred.2.5-10yearsinproductdesignanddevelopmentinhigh-speedbackplaneproducts.3.Experiencewithadvancedparametric3DCADsystems.4.KnowledgeinGD&T(GeometricDimensioningandTolerancing).5.Effectiveoralandwrittencommunicationskills.6.Problemsolvingandcriticalthinkingskills.7.Team-orientedpersonality.职能类别：机械研发工程师关键字：连接器工程师通讯高速背板
