岗位职责

ProductDesignEngineerisresponsibleforallphasesoftheproductdevelopment,fromconcepttopre-production,includingthemulti-disciplinaryactionsnecessarytomeetcustomers’requirements.Mainresponsibilitiesare:1.TogetherwithEngineeringteam,performallrelatedEngineeringworksuchasdesignconceptproposal,technicalsolutionstomeetcustomer`srequirementsintermsoftechnicalperformance,schedule,quality,andcost.2.LiaisewithotheroperationalfunctionsinMolex(manufacturingplants,supplychain,quality)tomakesureproposeddesigncangoseamlesslyinproduction.3.PerformallrelatedEngineeringworkonRFQ,suchasanalyzingcustomerrequirementsandcommunicatethemwithMolexglobaldevelopmentteam.4.CommunicatewithMolexlaboratoryonproductvalidation.5.MaintainrelationshipswithEngineeringorganizationsofourcustomers,suppliers6.Assistwithanyqualityissuesoncurrentproductionpartsincludingourresponsetocustomerconcerns/complaintsonpartsperformance.7.HandleotherEngineeringactivitiesthatareassignedbyEngineeringManagement.Skills&Experiences＜Musthave＞1.Bachelor’sinmechanical/Electrical/Industrialengineering.2.5Years+ExperienceinAutomotiveproductsDesignanddevelopment(especiallywithaforeigncompany).3.GoodcommunicationskillsinternallywithinMolexGroupandexternallytowardsCustomersandsuppliers.4.Experienceindesignanddevelopmentprocessofautomotivepartsfromconcepttoproduction.5.Provenexperiencetocreateallrequireddocumentations(FTA,DFMEA,DR6.Experiencein3DCADsoftwareand2Ddrawings7.Computerskills:Powerpoint,Excel.LanguageSkills1.Chinese：NativeleveloratleastBusinessLevelofcommunication2.English：Fluent(abilitytoread,write,andleadtechnicaldiscussions)职能类别：机械结构工程师关键字：英语可作为工作语言机械工程专业UG
