岗位职责

PRIMARYPURPOSE:ProjectManageristheprojectleaderfortheproject.Theyarerequiredtoholdtheaccountabilityforthesuccessoftheproject.TheymustbeabletousethePDPprocessrelated,managementskillsandleadershiptoleadthePDTtoaccomplishtheprojectastheprojectplanrequires.Otherthanthat,he/shemaytakeontheleadershipforsubgroupofprojectmanagementandbringupthecoachandtrainingtothem.DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Leadcross-functionalteamstodelivernewproductlaunchedontimeandbudget.Ensurethattheseteamsachieveorbeyondallcustomerandcompanyrequirementsincludingquality,cost,delivery,productperformanceandcustomersatisfaction.2.Holdaccountabilityonallnewproductlaunchrelatedissuesandleadteamtoachieveprojectflawlesslaunch.3.InvolveinPre-Projectperiodwithtechnical/timing/customerrequirement/quotationdiscussionandreviewwithPDMifneeded.4.Ensuretheadvancedproductqualityplanning(APQP)processisestablished,documented,implementedandfollowedaccordingtoQS9000/IATF16949procedures.5.Serveastheexpertinnewproductlaunchsystemsincludingtiming,documentationandinteraction.6.Ensuretheteamdevelops/finalizesspecialcharacteristics,designreviewsFMEA,establishactionstoreducepotentialfailuremodes,developand/orreviewscontrolplansandcommunicatevariancetoplanearlysoissuescanbeaddressed.7.Maintaingoodcommunicationamongprojectteammembers,departments,andcustomers.8.Maintainprogramcostreportingagainstbudget.9.Theresponsibilityrelevanttomanpowermanagement.10.Participateintrainings,activelyreportingandtimelyescalation.11.Provideonthejobtraining/supporttosubgroupmembers,coach/mentorjuniormembersoftheteam.12.OthersSCOPE:ProjectManagerisrequiredto1)maketheprojecttimeline,2)assesstheprojectrisk,3)findtherequiredresources,4)setupthePDT,4)executeandmonitortheprojectand5)launchtheprojectsuccessfully.Otherthanthat,he/shewillberesponsiblefortheprojectsuccessofthesubgroup.EDUCATION:REQUIRED:·UniversitygraduatedwithengineeringbackgroundPREFERRED:·EngineeringbackgroundispreferredWORKEXPERIENCE:REQUIRED:·Atleast7yearsworkexperienceinproject
