PRIMARYPURPOSE:Responsibleforgeneratingaconstrainedsupplyplantomeetforecastedcustomerdemand.NetworkplannerswillbeorganizedbyproductfamilyandberesponsiblesupplyacrossMolexnodesincludingdivisionplants,globalsharedplants,andsupplychainhubs.Theywillidentifyriskstofulfillingcustomerdemandandoptionstomitigatetheserisksincoordinationwithplannersandoperations.DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Analyzetheconstrainedsupplyplantoidentifydemand/supplyimbalancesthatrequireattention2.Focusonthetacticalplanninghorizoninmonths2to9withopportunitytoaddresskeyrisksthroughmonth243.IdentifyriskstomeetingcustomerdemandriskstomissingMolexperformancetargets(e.g.,inventoryhealth,orderfulfillment)4.Forallrisks,identifyoptionstomitigaterisksandassociatedimpactstothebusiness5.Coordinatewithothernetworksupplyplanners,sitesupplyplannersandoperationsteamstoassessriskmitigationoptionsandimpactstosupportdecisionmakingandensureplansareachievable6.SupporttheNetworkSupplyPlanningLeadtosummarizethesupplyplan,risksandmitigationplansforreviewattheSupplyReviewonamonthlybasis7.Supportdecisionmakingatthepre-execandexecutiveS&OPforums8.Performriskmitigationanalysisandcollaborateacrossotherplannersandoperationalteamstoidentifythebestpathforwardtomitigateissues9.CollaboratewithoperationalteamstomanageplanningdatainputqualityWHOWEARELOOKINGFOR1.Universitygraduate2.Workexperiencewithstrategicplanning,supplyplanning,orsupplychainmanagement3.Demand&SupplyPlanningprocessexperience4.In-depthknowledgeofadvancedtacticalandsupplyplanningpolicies5.Knowledgeofend-to-endsupplychainplanningprocess6.Abilitytoworkwithend-to-endsupplychainplanningtools(KinaxisRapidResponse)7.Understandingofsupplyplanningtools8.Abilitytoutilizevisualizationandcommunicationtools职能类别：生产计划/物料管理(PMC)关键字：供应链计划
