岗位职责
POSITIONSUMMARYTheManufacturingEngineerprovidessupportandsolutionsbyleveraginggeneralknowledgeofmanufacturingprocessestoincreaseplantefficienciesandmeet,orexceed,goalsrelatedtosafety,qualityandproduction.PositionisbasedinourChengdumanufacturingfacilityandwillbeexpectedtosupporttheNPD,producttransferandsustainingengineeringprojects.PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES(includebutarenotlimitedto)-PartnerwiththedesignengineeringandcommercialgroupstosupporttheNPD/producttransferprojectsatallstages(planning,input,molddevelopment,output,review,process/productverificationandvalidation,trialproduction,designtransfer,engineeringchanges,etc.);-Responsiblefortestmethod/protocoldevelopment,prototypebuilding,productionlinevalidation,PFEMAanalysis,tooling/fixturedesign,partslocalization,SOP/flowchartandothertechnicaldocumentstocomplianceofprocedureandregulatoryforNPDandproducttransferprojects;-Plan,organizeandimplementsystemsandproceduresforaidinginthemanufacturingofMVEproductswhileadheringtoandpromotingsafetyandqualityguidelines-Personallyconductand/orsupervisestudiestodeterminecause,effectandthecorrectivemeasuresrequiredtoremedydeviationsimpairingdesirablestandardsofquality-Monitorproductionprocessesandthenworkwithproductionpersonneltocreatestandardworkprocedures,enhanceflow,andimplementLeanconcepts(e.g.5S,VisualWork,Kanban)throughouttheplant-Identifyproductassemblyissuesandinitiateastrategytoresolveissuesandimproveproductconsistencyandeliminatevariancethrougheffectivelyworkingwithproduction,engineeringandmaintenancedepartments-Workcloselywithteammemberstoidentifyandeliminatewasteactivities-Analyzeandplanworkflow,equipmentplacementandspacerequirementstoimprovemanufacturingefficiency-Developandperformqualificationandvalidationproceduresfornewlyintroducedequipmentandprocesses-Interfacewithvariousdepartmentsindefiningandprovidingsolutionstodetectedmanufacturingprocessescausingqualityproblems-Identify,recommend,andjustifyopportunitiesforcapitalequipmentimprovements-ProjectManagementofcapitalequi
