JobSummary工作简介:Directresponsibleforgeneralsalesgrowth,increasecontrolledbusiness,keytradelanedevelopmentanddriverfornewproductofferings.致力于本地预付货代业务及公司主力航线相关业务的开发。Duties&Responsibilities工作内容与责任:Specificdutiesincluding,butnotrestrictedto包括但不限于:-Promoteanddevelopnewsilver,goldandplatinumaccounts(KAM).开发拓展新的银牌，金牌以及白金客户-Sendingsalesleadstooverseasanddevelopnewaccountstogether.和海外同事共同开发新业务-DrivetodevelopnewbusinessinChengdu,internationalanddomestic.开发成都区域货运代理业务-Tradelanedevelopment,especiallyfortheCHINA–ASEAN/EU,buildvolumeintermsoflandtransportationandMulti-modelservice.中国-东盟/欧洲卡车以及多式联运业务开发-Responsibleforownaccountreceivables.应收账款的催收-ContinuouslyuseandimproveCRMaspermanagementguidelines.通过CRM系统管理客户-Adheretoinstructionsandimplementationsfrommanagement.上级的其他工作相关要求Skills&EducationalRequirements工作技能与教育相关:-Minimum5yearsSalesexperienceinFreightForwarding/Logistics.至少5年货代物流相关行业经验-Highlymotivatedindividualwithastrongproductknowledgeinimport/exportocean(NVOCC)andair,sellingexperienceofvalue-addedservice3PLsolutionisadvantaged.高度自驱，并拥有很好的海空陆铁进出口运输专业知识，第三方物流的相关经验更优-AbilitytocommunicateeffectivelyinEnglishandMandarinbothverballyandwriting.能熟练使用英文或中文（口语和书写）-BroadknowledgeandexperienceinsalesoverseasandinSW,localsalesdevelopment.熟悉西南地区当地市场及海外市场开发-WinningattitudeandtrackrecordofaccountandGPgrowth.必胜的信心，追求利润持续增长InterRelationships内部联系:Goodcontactwithallpersonnelwithinthecompanyandwithclientsandvendors与公司内部同事以及客户和供应商保持良好沟通Workingconditions工作时间:Flexibleh
