YourJobResponsibleforVASproductsvalidation/reliabilitytestingastheowner/contactwindowtocooperatewithShanghaidesigncenter,mentoringandtrainingtechnicians,solvingrelatedtestingproblems.WhatYouWillDo1.Prepareresourcesforrelatedantennatesting(instruments,methods,fixtures,etc.)2.Reviewreliability/antennastestingtechnicalrequirements/plan,createtestingSOPbasedonteststandard.3.ImplementationofnewmethodvalidationforallVASproductstoensuretestmethodologycorrectly.4.Alignwithgloballabstestingprocedureandensureallexecutionprocessesarebasedonrelevantguidingdocuments.5.Reviewtestplanwithlocal/globalteamandmanagetestprojectsaccordingtolabworkflow,ensureprojecttestingcompletionontime.6.Traintestengineer/techniciansontestingprocedures.7.Reviewandsummerytestdata/results.8.CommunicatewithCommerciallabforoutsourcetesting.9.SupporttheISO17025labqualitymanagementsystem.10.Performotherrelateddutiesasassignedbymanagement.WhoYouAre(BasicQualifications)1.DegreeinEngineeringfromarecognizeduniversityortechnicalinstitute.2.Min3years’experienceworkinginAntennas/Microwave3.Engineering/CommunicationEngineering,orrelatedfields.4.Extensiveexperienceinantennadesign,simulation,Ortesting,withadeepunderstandingoftheRFantennafieldproductandtechnology.5.Skilledinusingtestinstrumentslikenetworkanalyzer,spectrumanalyzer,signalgenerators,andanechoicchambers.6.ProficientinRadiationGain,VSWR,NoiseFigure,FM/AM.7.Intermodulation(IM2/IM3).8.Richexperiencesonelectricaltestdeviceandtestplatformsetup.9.Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills,teamspirit,andasenseofresponsibility.10.Goodcommunicationskills.11.GoodEnglishskillsinreading,writingandlistening.12.GoodcomputerskillsandknowledgeofWindows/MSOfficeapplications.13.Goodatplanningandexecution.14.Complexproblemanalysisandsolvingskill.WhatWillPutYouAhead1.Radio/Electronic/CommunicationsTechnologybachelor’sdegree.2.Experienceworkinginautomotiveindustry/productreliability.3.Familiarwithautomotiveantennateststandards.4.Presentationskills,Englishspeaking.5.Reliabi
