 ￥3000-4000 元/月 （普通员工 ）

 大专及其以上 / 会普通话 / 年龄20到40岁 （可接收应届毕业生）

 专业不限

二、前台接待岗位职责

1、负责入住接待、退房结账、问询服务等前台基本工作

 Responsible for basic work in reception, check out the inquiry service desk  

2、做好消费宾客的迎、送接待工作，接受宾客各种渠道的预定并加以落实；

 Do a good job in the consumption of guest reception, reception work, and accept all kinds of channels and the implementation of the guests  

3、详细做好预订记录；

 Make a reservation record  

4、了解和收集宾客的建议和意见并及时反馈给上级领导；

Understand and collect guest's advice and opinions and give feedback to the superior in time

5、以规范的服务礼节，树立公司品牌优质，文雅的服务形象。

 In order to standardize the service etiquette, establish the company brand quality, elegant service image  

工作时间:3班倒，排班制（需上夜班）

Working time: 3 shifts, scheduling system (need to shift)

三、任职要求

1、有良好的职业形象和气质，懂得基本的前台接待礼仪；

  Have a good professional image and temperament, know the basic reception etiquette  

2、普通话标准流利，语言表达能力强，善于沟通，有亲和力，较强的保密意识；

 Mandarin standard is fluent, language expression ability is strong, be good at communicating, have affinity, strong sense of confidentiality  

3、男性身高175cm以上，女性身高162cm以上；

Male height 175cm above, female height 162cm above  

4、同等星级酒店岗位经验者优先录取；

Equivalent Stars Hotel position experience is preferred.

5、会简单的英文对话，外语优秀者可适当放宽其他要求；

Will be a simple English dialogue, foreign language can be excellent for the appropriate relaxation of other requirements
