岗位职责

 Major Tasks / ActivitiesAlerting the rlated area and plant managent in case of increasing yield loss,FM or PCS highlights.Working closely with Technology Development Team /Manufacturing to identily and fix the causes of yield loss/PCS/FM issues.Organice and lead YIP Workshop.Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to the customer or internal if requested.Train the new empioyees and transfer know-how to other engineers to relevant departments and other plant Document know-how and keep updating quality related procedures so as to handover the well-established processes for mass productionDefinlng yield,PCS&FM targets based on customer and internal business needs.Creatlng Roadmaps to achieve the given targets&deploy them to the owners/departmeentsOther Job assignment from superiorKnowledge, Experience and Skill / Competency and Responsibility RequirementsDegree from university or higher technical college Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, FMEA, CP, etc.Knowledge of metrology toolsKnowledge of yield manamgement like defect identificationQuality project management experience. Experience in working with intercultural teams preferredPCB or electronic industry related experience preferred (Substrate industry related experience will be of advantage)Experience with manufacturing excellence system development is preferred;Good analytical skills with attention to details. Good stress management skillsGood office tools skillsFluent written and oral English (Mandarin would be of advantage for expat.)
