岗位职责

 Major Tasks / ActivitiesDefine process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and to minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials. Provide written documentation of procedures in form of process documentation.  Coordinate the consumption of packaging, raw and auxiliary materials. Check and optimize parameters of environmental impact regularly. Purchase new equipment (to draw up specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis, install and implement in production). Implementation of ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001. Follow the 5s standard to keep the environment of the working area cleaning. Process continuous improvement and cost saving Operator training and technician trainingDocument related workProcess related arrangement on material, tool  Other Job assignment from superior. Knowledge, Experience and Skill / Competency and Responsibility RequirementsAt least 2 years experience in related industry advantageous.Good Written and oral English. Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well).Basic knowledge of ISO/TS 16949Computer skills, related experienced on SAP, MES, ERP systemGood at various of labeling printers, capability of preparing packing criteria to fulfill customer requirement . eg. Major telecommunication packaging specs will be addded advantage. Good at manufacturing FMEA ,CP, Root cause analysingGood stress management skillsGood analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
