岗位职责

1. Fully qualified chef with recognised papers & completed apprenticeship of four years, preferably with Commis chef experience in a five star property. 有相关职业证书和一年以上在5星级酒店相同职位的工作经验。

2. Eager to learn, hard working, good understanding of hygiene factors and able to take responsibility. 工作勤奋，热心学习，理解所有的卫生条例，并能承担责任。

3. Must be well-presented, trustworthy, enthusiastic attitude to learn and grow within the kitchen team to maintain Hilton International quality and standards.工作态度积极认真，符合希尔顿精神。

4. Must be self-motivated, have initiative and a high level of communication skills.有自我激励的能力，沟通能力强。

5. Must hold a certificate for Food Safety Training or Similar 有相关食品安全证书。
