岗位职责

通过明确的陈述、建设性的意见、以及与公司政策相符的规章制度和个人发展需求，监督一个全面的培训、教育和发展战略的实施

Supervise a comprehensive training, education and development strategy by formulating and recommending policies, regulations and practices aligned with the overall company strategy and the individual property needs.

通过与人力资源总监、发展实施和年度培训评估计划的协作，提高效率和可实施性

In collaboration with the Director of People Services, develops implements and evaluates the annual training business plan to improve

effectiveness and practicability.

若需要，协助调转部门与升职事宜，解决培训发展任何需求以让新职务的员工能为其新的工作职责做好准备

Assist in the coordination of transfers and promotions as required,

addressing any training and development needs identified so that the employees in new positions are prepared for their new responsibilities.

发展并实施战略，以达到宾客服务的目标

Develop and implements strategies to achieve guest service goals.

监督各部门技能培训的发展和实施

Oversee the development and implementation of skills training for each department.

运用学习方式和教育原则来设计有效的酒店需要的培训发展项目

Applie knowledge of learning styles and instructional principles to design effective training and development programmes as required and needed by the hotel.

开发并维护员工培训记录系统

Develop and maintain a system of employee training records.

定期指导所有员工培训发展项目，包括所有公司项目

Conducts training and development programmes for all employees on a regular basis including all corporate programmes.

跟其他培训机构、政府机构和与酒店培训需求相关的其他机构合作

Coordinate with other training consultants, government agencies and other establishments in relation to the training requirements that the hotel might need.

若需要，作为培训师可以提供个别辅导与支持，给予部门经理、助理、主管和部门培训员以发展建议。

Advise and develop department heads, assistants, supervisors and departmental trainers in their role as trainers providing individual coaching and support as necessary.
