中餐厅经理

岗位职责

1 全面负责餐厅的管理工作，保证餐厅经营业务的正常进；

Fully responsible for the management of the restaurant, to ensure the normal operation of the restaurant business;

2 拟定本部规章制度、工作程序、质量标准

 To formulate the rules and regulations, work procedures, quality standards  

3 领导全体员工完成部门下达的各项任务和经营指标；

Lead the staff to complete the department assigned tasks and operating indicators

4 负责餐厅设备财产管理，严格控制物料消耗和成本费用；

Responsible for restaurant equipment and property management, strict control of material consumption and cost;  

5 保持餐厅设备设施整洁、完好、有效，及时报修和提出更新添置意见；

Keep the restaurant equipment and facilities clean, complete, effective, timely repair and update the proposed purchase advice  

6 检查和督导员工严格按照餐厅服务规程和质量要求做好各项工作，确保安全、优质、高效。

 Inspection and supervision of staff in strict accordance with the restaurant service procedures and quality requirements to do all the work, to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.  

7 收集与反馈客人对菜品品种和菜品质量的反映和要求，会同厨师长定期分析菜单；

 Collection and feedback of the guests to the dishes and dishes of the quality of the reflection and requirements, in conjunction with the chef's regular analysis of the menu  

8 督导贵宾、宴会服务，接待重要客人，深入现场，确保优质服务；

Supervise the VIP, banquet service, reception of important guests, in-depth site, to ensure quality service;  

9 负责餐厅工作人员的岗位业务培训，不断提高全员业务素质。 

Responsible for the staff of the restaurant staff training, and continuously improve the quality of the whole staff

补充说明

1 大专以上学历，具有3年以餐饮企业同岗位工作经验；

College degree or above, with 3 years of working experience in the same position in food and beverage industry;  

2 熟悉餐厅的各项管理工作流程和管理规范

 Familiar with the management process and management standard of the restaurant.  

3 较强的组织、管理、协调能力具有服务意识；

Strong organization, management and coordination ability with a sense of service

4 有较强的责任心、服务意识及团队

Have a strong sense of responsibility, service and team  

5 善于与人沟通；工作踏实，能承担较大的工作压力。

 Good communication with people; work at ease, can bear greater work pressure.
